When designing this look for my final major project I wanted to focus on an individual's fear of public speaking, personifying the fear. This involved depicting someone with their mouth sewn up, demonstrating how the model would feel, thereby building on the narrative. 

This look appears simple to create but involves layers of work to ensure the final image is effective in conveying the story. Using rigid collodion and blood to build the holes, connected by thread and a bruise wheel to create a tired and worn down effect further creates the illusion of this story.
